Crescent Remodeling LLC provides residential and commercial remodeling services, including but not limited to:

• Flooring installation (vinyl, laminate, hardwood, tile, carpet)

• Bathroom and kitchen remodeling

• Custom staircases and railings

• Countertop fabrication and installation

• Cabinetry

• Drywall, framing, painting

• Patio, pergola, and exterior work

All services are subject to availability and are offered at the sole discretion of Crescent Remodeling LLC.

2. Estimates & Quotes

We offer free consultations and quotes. All estimates are based on the information provided by the customer at the time of request. Final pricing may vary based on project scope, material selection, labor, and unforeseen conditions discovered during the project.

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Payments

Payment terms are outlined in your individual service agreement or invoice. We accept payments via cash, check, or authorized digital methods.

A deposit may be required prior to project commencement. Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur additional charges.

4. Project Timeline

We strive to complete all projects on schedule. However, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, permit delays, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances. Crescent Remodeling LLC is not liable for delays beyond our control.

5. Warranty

We offer a 3-year installation warranty on most flooring and remodeling services. Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, neglect, or external forces (e.g., flooding, fire, structural movement).

Manufacturer warranties for materials apply separately and are subject to the terms of those manufacturers.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Deposits may be non-refundable once materials are ordered or work has commenced. Refunds, if applicable, will be determined based on work completed and expenses incurred.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Clients must provide:

• Access to the job site during working hours

• Clear workspaces free of personal items or hazards

• Required approvals or permits, unless agreed otherwise

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in project delays or additional charges.

8. Limitation of Liability

Crescent Remodeling LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services or website.
