Job Overview
Crescent Remodeling is hiring a Skilled Remodeling Technician to join our high-performing team in Texas. This role is perfect for a motivated professional with hands-on experience in kitchen and bathroom remodeling, flooring, cabinetry, drywall, or general carpentry.
You’ll be working on high-quality residential remodeling projects — including full home renovations, bathroom makeovers, and kitchen transformations — with a crew that values craftsmanship, precision, and respect for the customer’s home.
- Hours: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
- Pay: Starting at $25–$35/hour (based on experience)
- Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in remodeling or construction trades
Key Responsibilities
- Perform remodeling tasks such as demolition, framing, drywall, flooring, cabinet installation, tile work, and painting
- Read and interpret blueprints or design plans
- Safely operate hand and power tools
- Maintain a clean, organized job site
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members
Preferred Skills
(You don’t need them all, but the more the better!)
- Tile setting and waterproofing
- Laminate, vinyl, and hardwood flooring installation
- Cabinet assembly and installation
- Drywall hanging, finishing, and repair
- Bathroom fixture installation (toilets, vanities, showers)
- Custom stair or trim carpentry
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in remodeling or construction
- Ability to follow plans and deliver work with high attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Strong work ethic and team-first mindset
- Respect for customers’ homes and personal space
- OSHA certification is a plus, but not required
