Sales Consultant
Job Overview
Crescent Remodeling is seeking a confident and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our fast-growing team. This is a rewarding opportunity for a results-driven professional with a passion for home improvement and the ability to build relationships with homeowners.
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll meet with residential clients, understand their remodeling needs, and guide them through the design and planning process. Your ability to listen, educate, and close deals will be key to helping homeowners achieve their dream spaces — while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team.
- Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
- Compensation: Starting at $25–$35 per hour, based on experience and skill level
- Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in remodeling, carpentry, or construction trades
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective clients in-home or virtually to discuss remodeling goals and present service options
- Prepare and present accurate project estimates and proposals
- Educate customers on material choices, design trends, and the remodeling process
- Follow up with leads and maintain a pipeline of active prospects
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Use CRM tools to track interactions, progress, and follow-ups
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience (remodeling, home services, or construction industry preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — both in person and over the phone
- Ability to learn design principles, product offerings, and pricing structures
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organization
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Background in construction, remodeling, or interior design
- Experience using CRM software
- Bilingual abilities (Spanish/English)
