Project Manager
Job Overview
Crescent Remodeling is looking for an experienced, detail-driven Project Manager to oversee residential remodeling projects from planning to completion. This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple crews, and is passionate about delivering quality craftsmanship on time and within budget.
As a Project Manager, you’ll be the bridge between the sales team, field technicians, and homeowners—ensuring every project runs smoothly and exceeds client expectations.
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll meet with residential clients, understand their remodeling needs, and guide them through the design and planning process. Your ability to listen, educate, and close deals will be key to helping homeowners achieve their dream spaces — while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team.
- Hours: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
- Compensation: Starting at $25–$35 per hour, based on experience and expertise
- Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in remodeling, carpentry, or construction project management
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations for multiple remodeling projects
- Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, permits, and materials
- Conduct job site visits to ensure quality and compliance
- Monitor timelines and budgets; proactively solve delays or issues
- Communicate clearly with clients, crews, and suppliers
- Ensure safety standards and clean work environments are maintained
- Provide progress updates to leadership and ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in construction or remodeling
- Strong knowledge of residential building codes, materials, and processes
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships
- Proficient in reading blueprints and using project management tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- OSHA certification is a plus
Preferred Skills
- Experience with kitchen, bathroom, and full-home renovations
- Familiarity with scheduling software (e.g., Buildertrend, CoConstruct, or similar)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
